Bradley J. Osborne handles all aspects of foreclosure, ejectment and credit card litigation before Federal District Courts and Courts of Common Pleas in all 67 counties of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Osborne worked as the Litigation Attorney for a multi-state law firm representing national lending institutions and mortgage servicers in default servicing, mortgage foreclosure, and title litigation. Mr. Osborne has also litigated a number of commercial and real estate disputes during his time at a Center City boutique real estate practice. He is published in The Legal Intelligencer and has lectured to other attorneys on matters of real estate and ethics. Mr. Osborne received his B.S. in History from S.U.N.Y. College at Brockport and his J.D., cum laude, from Western Michigan University—Cooley Law School.
